ciclov\u00eda, rotonda, alcantarillado, alumbrado p\u00fablico, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n y nomencl\u00e1tor.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La calle Oscar Riera se encuentra en la zona sur de la ciudad de Rivera, es una arteria muy importante, v\u00eda de ingreso desde la ruta Nacional N.\u00ba5, del tr\u00e1nsito pesado y es uno de los principales accesos a los barrios Mandub\u00ed, Santa Isabel y dem\u00e1s barrios de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Ante el crecimiento demogr\u00e1fico y el desv\u00edo de veh\u00edculos con carga pesada, se hizo necesario la construcci\u00f3n de una nueva v\u00eda de tr\u00e1nsito con Mart\u00edn Garc\u00eda, informa que las obras van desde calle Serralta hasta el encuentro con Avda. Italia, \u201cvamos a tener la obra de la rotonda,\u00a0 que permite el acceso hacia\u00a0 Mandub\u00ed (desde Avda. Italia)\u201d&#8230; \u201cEstamos en plena etapa de construcci\u00f3n de la nueva alcantarilla con un mayor porte\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El Arq.
