Por su parte el Intendente Departamental Marne Osorio liber\u00f3 al uso publico esta importante inversi\u00f3n en obras ejecutada con recursos de todos los riverenses.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/2-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4956\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/2-4-263x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/2-4-263x188.jpg 263w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/2-4-132x94.jpg 132w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/2-4-768x549.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/2-4-876x626.jpg 876w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/2-4-820x586.jpg 820w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Barrio Lagun\u00f3n est\u00e1 ubicado al oeste de la ciudad de Rivera erigido casi en su totalidad sobre el cerro que lleva el mismo nombre, seg\u00fan datos del Censo 2011 cuenta con una poblaci\u00f3n de 2376 vecinos, cuenta adem\u00e1s con peque\u00f1os emprendimientos familiares, algunas vinculadas al sector forestal (aserraderos).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mapa.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4964\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mapa-300x174.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"349\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mapa-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mapa-150x87.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mapa-768x447.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mapa-1000x581.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mapa-820x477.jpg 820w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/mapa.jpg 1247w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Con una gran inversi\u00f3n en pluviales el objetivo de la obra fue mejorar la infraestructura y transitabilidad, brindando soluci\u00f3n a los problemas de circulaci\u00f3n, transporte y ordenamiento territorial complementado por el correspondiente acondicionamiento en alumbrado y el ordenamiento de la circulaci\u00f3n vial mediante la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n horizontal y vertical.<\/p>\n<p>Se llev\u00f3 a cabo la construcci\u00f3n de cord\u00f3n cuneta, pavimento asf\u00e1ltico doble, carpeta asf\u00e1ltica y empedrado.<\/p>\n<p>El Proyecto de Acondicionamiento Urbano en Barrio Lagun\u00f3n, fue ejecutado por las divisiones de Vialidad Urbana y Alumbrado P\u00fablico, que responden a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Obras (DGO) y tambi\u00e9n la Direcci\u00f3n General de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/5-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4959\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/5-2-263x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/5-2-263x188.jpg 263w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/5-2-132x94.jpg 132w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/5-2-768x549.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/5-2-876x626.jpg 876w, https:\/\/www.rivera.gub.uy\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/5-2-820x586.jpg 820w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u201cAqu\u00ed est\u00e1 el peso de cada riverense y el trabajo de muchos riverenses.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\">Marne Osorio Lima<br \/>\nIntendente de Rivera<\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a la financiaci\u00f3n fue realizada en su totalidad con recursos de los riverenses y requiri\u00f3 para su ejecuci\u00f3n $34.500.000 (pesos uruguayos treinta y cuatro millones quinientos mil).<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera el Gobierno Departamental esta llegando a cada barrio y localidad del departamento llevando adelante acciones que promueven el desarrollo humano y la mejor calidad de vida de todos sus habitantes.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VU2JnGAjylI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay;
