de Alcaldes y Concejales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Como una iniciativa del Congreso de Intendentes, en el marco del Programa &#8220;An\u00e1lisis y perspectivas sobre la evoluci\u00f3n de la Descentralizaci\u00f3n\/Municipalizaci\u00f3n en la visi\u00f3n pol\u00edtico-institucional de los Alcaldes y Concejales del Partido Colorado&#8221;, se lleva adelante en nuestra ciudad\u00a0el Encuentro de Alcaldes y Concejales.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>En esta instancia, se realiza durante toda la jornada el an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico del proceso de municipalizaci\u00f3n como respuesta a las comunidades m\u00e1s distantes, infraestructura, recursos econ\u00f3micos y humanos para que el tercer nivel de gobierno logre sus objetivos como \u00f3rgano creado con esa dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Esta jornada comenz\u00f3 durante la ma\u00f1ana con una recorrida donde Alcaldes y Concejales visitaron distintos proyectos de desarrollo urbano, productivo, social, mediomabientales
