rel=\"noopener\">Congreso de Intendentes<\/a> toma la iniciativa para generar \u00e1mbitos de construcci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de aportes de los protagonistas mediante un Encuentro de Alcaldes y \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>En esta instancia participaron alcaldes, de los departamentos de Salto, Paysand\u00fa y Rivera; y concejales, referentes del Congreso de Intendentes, concejales de distintos puntos del pa\u00eds e integrantes del equipo de Gobierno Departamental.<\/p>\n<p>Durante toda la jornada se apunt\u00f3 al an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico del proceso de municipalizaci\u00f3n como una forma de mejorar las respuestas a las comunidades m\u00e1s distantes; dadas las necesidades de infraestructura, recursos econ\u00f3micos y humanos, estas son puntos de partida desde donde se hace necesario el debate, de modo que, el tercer nivel de gobierno logre sus objetivos como \u00f3rgano creado con la finalidad de llevar respuestas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidas de forma descentralizada.<\/p>\n<p>En la segunda etapa de la jornada, al promediar la tarde se estableci\u00f3 la mirada en llevar adelante la discusi\u00f3n de posibles estrategias, reconocimiento de competencias, autonom\u00eda y tambi\u00e9n el presupuesto, como herramientas que llevan mejoras a las realidades de los municipios.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1160\" height=\"653\"
