Centro Cultural de Rivera: accesibilidad garantizada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El nuevo Centro Cultural de Rivera, que funcionar\u00e1 en el hist\u00f3rico edificio de la Biblioteca, avanza incorporando un concepto clave: la accesibilidad plena.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Una de las mejoras m\u00e1s significativas es la instalaci\u00f3n de un ascensor, que permitir\u00e1 la circulaci\u00f3n universal entre los dos niveles del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>Desde su dise\u00f1o inicial, el proyecto se concibi\u00f3 como un espacio integrador, asegurando que todas las personas puedan disfrutar de este
