Viera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"431\">La Administraci\u00f3n Departamental contin\u00faa avanzando en una pol\u00edtica s\u00f3lida de desarrollo local, orientada a mejorar la habitabilidad, la seguridad y la eficiencia de los servicios brindados a la comunidad.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"720\">En este marco, se desarrollaron las obras de <strong data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"568\">\u201cAcondicionamiento vial y pluvial de los barrios Centro, M\u00e1ximo Xavier y Carmelo Sosa\u201d<\/strong>, con el objetivo de mejorar la captaci\u00f3n de aguas de la cuenca San Mart\u00edn y optimizar los servicios de movilidad y drenaje en estas zonas de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"1102\">Adem\u00e1s de las intervenciones viales \u2014que comprendieron la construcci\u00f3n de badenes, bocas de tormenta, tuber\u00edas de distintos di\u00e1metros, galer\u00edas, pavimento de hormig\u00f3n, cord\u00f3n armado y la reconstrucci\u00f3n de veredas\u2014, el proyecto incluy\u00f3 el <strong data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1043\">reacondicionamiento integral del cantero central de Av. Pte. Feliciano A. Viera<\/strong>, una de las principales arterias urbanas del departamento.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1157\"><strong data-start=\"1108\" data-end=\"1157\">Obras realizadas en el Bvar. Presidente Feliciano A. Viera se consolida como un corredor moderno, accesible y seguro, que favorece la movilidad peatonal y ciclista, embellece el entorno y contribuye al bienestar de los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2403\">Esta obra forma parte del compromiso permanente de la Intendencia de Rivera con el desarrollo equilibrado de la ciudad, priorizando iniciativas que mejoren la
